Download Forms and Guidance Notes As from 7th April 2008 all planning applications submitted to Harborough District Council must be made on the 1APP forms available on www.harborough.gov.uk/1app - guidance notes are also available. Submitting a Planning ApplicationYou can submit planning applications online directly to Harborough District Council using the Planning Portal. You will be required to register for this free service but once registered will have access to a wide range of planning information and online application types.
